Cardigan River & Food Festival 2018

For the first year, our Head Chef, Cornel Uys, has teamed up with local butcher, Dafydd Davies of ‘Dewi James a’i Gwmni‘ to give an exclusive, live demonstration at the Cardigan River & Food Festival. They talked about the selection of steaks you can buy and the perfect way to cook them (seasoned with salt, pepper, crushed garlic and handfuls of rosemary)!
