Chris and Nicky took the reins over in April 2017. As a result, they moved the restaurant to the large, open space that was formerly the lounge. See our post to read more about the positive changes they made.
Our skilled team of chefs create a seasonal menu, which draws on the abundance of local produce along with sourcing from the finest produce in Pembrokeshire and beyond. Some of our key producers are Caws Cenarth, Pant Mawr Farmhouse Cheeses, Dewi James Butchers, Rhug Estate Organic Farm, and local coracle fishermen.
